Reduced sinus infections
This is my second time purchasing NOW Elderberry syrup along with Echinacea & Goldenseal since November 2018. I read that these two are a natural alternative to the flu shot. I've never had the flu nor received a flu shot; however, I have severe sinus problems that can cause flu-like symptoms. Since starting this duo, I've experienced very little sinus congestion and no sinus infections. This is significant for me because for the last five years, I would get a sinus infection at least once every six months.

Accelerated healing process
Definite bang for your buck! I bought a small bottle of elderberry at Sprouts and paid about £13 for it as I needed it immediately. I felt a sore throat coming on and heard this was helpful. I quickly ordered these two bottles on Amazon, and I believe it sped up the healing process for my sinus infection! This elderberry is not overly sweet and feels more potent. You won't regret spending £20 on two bottles.

It was a decent experience. I began using elderberry after hearing about its benefits for preventing sinus infections, an issue I've faced annually.
